Samos® PRO COMPACT - Now with the latest generation of analog modules

Our Samos® PRO COMPACT safety controllers set new standards in the field of safe machine automation with the highest performance in the smallest space and provide first-class added value with special libraries in the PLUS version.

The new generation of analog input modules intelligently expands the module series of the Samos® PRO safety controller. Likewise, the new license-free software version 1.3.0 of Samos® PLAN 6 provides safety-related fundamentals in function blocks. General gene value calculations, ratios, differences as well as area monitoring can be created without any problems.

With Samos® PRO COMPACT you are now able to monitor, evaluate or visualize the following actions:

- Level monitoring by analog sensors

- Monitoring of minimum / maximum pressure

- Flows and quantities of media of any kind

- Temperature monitoring with, for example, external universal transmitter

Evaluation, monitoring and visualization can be implemented simultaneously without licensing costs and with up to three parallel field buses for your project.

With our Samos® PLAN 6 programming software for the Samos® PRO COMPACT

series, programming is now even easier. Samos® PLAN 6 supports PLC programmers, electrical designers and developers in project planning, validation,

verification and documentation of the safety application.

The new library for firing technology is available in Samos® PLAN 6 specifically for industrial thermal process plants and steam boiler applications. In this library, safety-related function blocks according to EN746-2 or EN50156 are to be applied.
