Image Processing with Cobots - Quality Assurance
The aim of this training is to acquire knowledge to be able to independently realize quality inspections by cameras. Within the scope of the training an In-Sight of the brand Cognex will be used. During the practical tasks, surveying tasks will be carried out and defects on components will be detected. You will also be taught the necessary theory. At the end of the day, we will go into how you can use the camera in combination with a cobot.
In addition to the wide range of BV tools, the In-Sight from Cognex also offers integrated lighting, a WebHMI, the latest communication protocols such as OPC UA or digital I/Os. Due to the modular design of the camera, different lenses, illuminators and filters can be attached to solve most applications. Ease of use is also one of the camera's strengths. For this purpose, it is possible to work either in the EasyBuilder or in the Spreadsheet, with the Spreadsheet being used for more complex applications.
