The 3D contour measurement system CMS 700i enables a secure process for capturing the length, width, height, deformations, and position of any objects - regardless of shape or surface. Polybags are detected just as precisely as transparent protrusions or labels. The complete system combines all necessary components under one item number, greatly simplifying procurement.

Profile Measurement - precise detection of moving or static objects.
With the LPS 36 profile camera, height profiles of moving or static objects can be accurately captured. An optional encoder connection allows for the output of calibrated 3D data, enabling various applications such as robot guidance or volume determination. The short measurement time and large measuring range ensure maximum flexibility - furthermore, the compact design saves valuable installation space.

Object Measurement - Precise and Reliable Detection.
With the integrated edge detection of the LES 36 sensors, you can accurately and reliably capture outer edges of web materials. In addition, height, width, and position measurements can also be carried out quickly and easily. Subsequently, the calibrated data is immediately available via Ethernet, an analog interface, or fieldbus.

Our Line Range Sensors - LRS 36 - serve the probing, two-dimensional object recognition along a laser line and can detect up to 16 objects simultaneously.
