During power outages - whether short or long - conventional PV inverters shut down, and solar energy is no longer available. In contrast, a full-fledged hybrid inverter enables the continued operation of the photovoltaic system and, together with the battery, supplies essential consumers such as alarm systems, heat pumps, or refrigerators in island mode. This ensures that the energy supply remains secure at all times.
A major advantage of the Wattsonic Hybrid inverter is that the UPS output is also available with the full 3-phase power in case of a power outage.
A power outage is never ruled out, even during natural disasters such as landslides, floods, and failures of overhead lines due to bad weather, longer power outages can occur. A reliable battery storage system continues to provide power, utilizing the available solar energy and thereby extending the battery's autonomy time.
We recommend installing it in a technical room. Operating outdoors is not recommended as the battery cannot be operated at below-zero temperatures.
